Toto living rent free in Karen Horner's head. Ha. He's so full of shit, Lewis & Merc have been challenged in previous years most notably Ferrari, Merc then had to go all out on matching the Ferrari's pace, only after did it come out Ferrari were taking advantage of that technical directive. Also, if Horner really feels this is the first time Merc have been challenged then he and the sith lord should take a hard look in the mirror and ask themselves why have failed so miserably and consistently all these not taking the fight to Merc. By his own admission he's a huge failure! It's funny as well that the thinks Lewis life and commitments outside of F1 is somehow to be looked down upon, he is leading the championship atm only by a couple of points but he hasn't won as many races so shouldn't red bull be criticising themselves here, they've had a massive advantage from Honda and Max gets further support to try to win this year with Alex Albon's sim work- so they've got all this, they should be alot further along in the championship by now and yet they still want to suggest Lewis & Merc are past it/laughing stock. Nothing could be further from the truth. Even the constructors championship they should be ahead but they've failed there too and lastly his comments about Toto inheriting a wining formula with car and drivers let's say is utter bullshit and makes no sense, red bull had Seb and 4 x world championships before Merc dominance so WTF is he talking about, red bull are hardly a Haas like outfit and new into the sport this year so GTFO Karen. I used to have a lot of respect for Horner and Red Bull but their antics, ethics and propaganda is utterly shameful and bad for the sport.02-10-2021 22:41

To all those saying Seidl can't say anything on this because they get their engine from Mercedes is utterly deluded and frankly knows little about F1: Andreas Seidl is a giant in Formula One! Pretty sure he can't comment on the economics of their cars and issues possibly arising from the newly stipulated cap to budgets. Get a grip people. Know your formula one03-08-2021 20:11

Great comment start to finish! The delusion and ignorance from alot of the fans on here I've been reading today is absolutely shocking! Not to mention the vitriol! A disgraceful period putting the sport in a terrible light at a time when some are working to change this and rightly use their voices and platforms for a force for good. If you are a fan of formula one, the whole sport, all of it then there should be booing, personal insults and attacks. Anyone to the contrary is not a fan of the sport. No F1 fan.03-08-2021 20:23

Couldn't agree more with this article, f1 is like a community, a family but some of the comments recently are really toxic and definitely not in the spirit of the sport. You can't be a fan of formula one yet single out and boo and attack drivers. Also the level of ignorance is confounding! Are these the new breed of F1 fans who haven't followed the sport for years? Both on track and off track. I've lost a lot of respect for red bull over the recent years exponentially so over recent weeks. I don't like the gas lighting and the bitchiness it's pathetic at this level. Red bull are sinking to new lows and I hope for the sports sake they clean up their act.03-08-2021 22:17
